Dr. Cassie Spacek, DC, CCSP
Dr. Cassie Spacek earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College in 2009, graduating as class salutatorian. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Texas Chiropractic College (2009) and a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Tyler (2005). Additionally, Dr. Spacek has completed post-doctoral certification in Sports Medicine (2013) and is currently working toward a 300-hour Diplomate Education program in pediatrics through the American Chiropractic Association, which will be complete in August 2026.
In addition to her academic background, Dr. Spacek has been a full-time clinician at Moody Health Center, a Texas Chiropractic College teaching facility, and has served as a faculty instructor for the Rehabilitation and Active Care courses. She has also traveled to Japan to help teach adjusting techniques to the Japan Chiropractic Association. She is passionate about providing care to her patients and advancing her knowledge in her field.
Dr. Spacek has a strong interest in supporting women's preconception, prenatal, and postpartum, as well as guiding infants and children through each milestone. She is certified in the Webster Technique, a chiropractic analysis and adjustment procedure designed to restore pelvic balance and function. This technique optimizes pelvic neuro-biomechanics, providing the baby with more room for movement in utero and allowing for healthy, unconstrained development.
As a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner, Dr. Spacek specializes in providing chiropractic care to athletes dealing with sports injuries in all stages of life. She is a certified Graston Technique Provider (GTS Level 2), which is a form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. In the past, she has been the team chiropractor for the women's professional soccer team, the Houston Dash (2014-20017), as well as working event support at local road races, fun runs, CrossFit events, and triathlons, including Ironman 70.3 and Ironman Texas – National Championship and the IWF Weightlifting Championship. Drawing from her experience as a former college basketball player and cheerleader, she understands the challenges athletes face when recovering from injury. She is dedicated to helping them return to their sport.
